What is ASSEMBLY x POWERPARK?

Assembly is Finland’s largest computer festival, which has been organized for over 30 years, typically twice a year – once in the summer and once in the winter. PowerPark is Finland’s largest amusement park, founded in 2000, offering not only amusement rides but also a variety of fun and exciting activities. Assembly x PowerPark is an event where Assembly, specializing in video gaming and digital art, lands at PowerPark’s Palace Arena for one weekend. The event promises fun with gaming setups and amusement rides.

The event features 500 computer seats, equipped with network connections and power, intended for visitors who want to bring their own computers or consoles for enjoyment. However, there’s plenty to do even without your own equipment. The event includes a gaming area showcasing the latest gaming setups and a stage where you can witness gaming tournaments and other engaging programs. In Assembly events, fun with friends, gaming, esports excitement, learning, and exploration of new things play a significant role. On the other hand, PowerPark adds an extra dimension and variety to the Palace Arena’s program by offering amusement park rides and other attractions, including the entire closing weekend program and the legendary Season End Party fireworks show! Separate tickets are required for entry to PowerPark amusement park.

Assembly x PowerPark offers two types of tickets:

  • Computer seat tickets for visitors bringing their own gaming setups
  • Visitor tickets for those attending for the day or weekend without their own gaming setups

Please note that separate tickets are required for entry to PowerPark amusement park.

For computer seats, you can bring either a computer or a gaming console. For more information about tickets, please visit here.

We have put together an information package for parents whose children are attending the event. While the information package was created for Helsinki Messukeskus events, it largely applies to the event held at PowerPark as well.
