Rules

• Participants must have a valid ticket for the ASSEMBLY Winter 2025 event to enter the competition.
• Entries must be registered by the deadline, Saturday, February 22nd at 12:00 PM. Late entries will not be accepted.
• By entering the competition, participants grant organizers the right to publicly display their setups at Assembly events and in related marketing materials, such as social media.
• Participants must adhere to Assembly event guidelines throughout the competition.
• Organizers reserve the right to modify or update the competition rules as necessary, with proper notice given to participants.

Judging Criteria

Entries will be evaluated based on aesthetics, functionality, innovation, and overall “wow” factor.
The judges’ decisions are final and binding. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules or does not meet the competition criteria.
