Assymylly returns with exciting action in Tekken 8, GG -Strive-, Street Fighter 6, and Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Streams
Assymylly Summer 2024 is an Open Fighting Game Event inside Assembly Summer 2024 in Messukeskus Expo and Convention Centre, Helsinki, Finland.
- Four official tournament games split between two days of intense competition on the big stage – 500 euro prize pools each!
- Community-ran side tournaments with no monetary prizes
- Setups for casual matches open throughout the event for all the official and side games
- Authentic Japanese arcade-machines open for free play, provided by Sugoi Arcade
- Assembly Summer 2024 exhibition area with cosplay competitions, pop-up shops with the latest technological equipment, streamer lounges and more

Side Tournament Games

The format for every tournament is 1v1 double elimination from start to finish. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be played on Nintendo Switch while the rest of the tournaments will be played on Playstation 5 or Playstation 4 Check the schedule below for details.
Tickets and entry
Assembly Summer 2024 visitor ticket (or computer place ticket) required for entry. The venue pass prices are as follows:
- Friday: 25€
- Saturday: 30€
- Friday to Sunday: 45€
All tournament games are free to enter as long as you have a visitor ticket.

You can gain free entry by providing us a tournament game setup via a Playstation 5 console, Playstation 4 console or Nintendo Switch for SSB Ultimate! See details below in the “Community” section!
Prize Pool
The prize pool of Assymylly Summer 2024 is 2000 euros divided equally between the four main games, 500 euros each with a 60/30/10 split between the top three contenders. Each tournament winner will also receive an Assymylly Trophy.

Saturday will have the entirety of Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6. Both games’ top 6 will be streamed and shown on stage.
We will begin to clean up setups after the finals are over, but feel free to use them until that.
Built by the community
Assymylly Summer 2024 is a cooperation between Assembly Organizing and Helsinki FGC Association, both built as community projects with volunteer work. If you are interested in joining our organizing team as a volunteer, please be in touch with @tuoreprinssi on our Discord!
Bring your Console / Steam Account
If you have a Switch with Smash Ultimate, a Playstation 5 console with either Tekken 8 or GG Strive (PS4 Pro is ok too!), or powerful laptop/PC that can run Street Fighter 6, you can bring them to the venue to be used in a setup. In return you will get a free entry to the event. To get your name registered, contact us on the Assymylly Discord in the #setupit channel. Please note that if we reach all the setups needed, we might not need yours anymore – be quick!
Don’t worry about bringing a monitor – the event will provide those for all the setups!
Here are the number of consoles / PCs we’re aiming for:
- 8 Playstation 5 consoles for Tekken 8 with all DLC
- 7 Playstation 5 consoles for Street Fighter 6 with all DLC
- 7 Playstation 5 / Playstation 4 Pro consoles for Guilty Gear -Strive- with all DLC
- 8 Nintendo Switches for SSBU with all DLC

Community Tournaments
If you are interested in running a tournament with a fighting game not on the official tournament games list, there will be opportunities to do so! Let us know on Discord and we will help you get the tournament facilitated.
