ASSEMBLY Winter 2023 returns on winter holiday in Helsinki!

Computers and gaming equipment take over Helsinki once again on February as the the most nerdy winter holiday festival returns.

The four-day festival of gaming and digital culture is held on February 23-26, 2023, in Helsinki Exhibition Centre. The winter event will feature a broad array of games to play, among other things the Sugoi Arcade machines familiar from past Assembly events will be available, as well as Assygames, the area offering different kinds of cool gaming experiences, without forgetting the tournaments and activities available for LAN seat holders.

In addition to the four-day event program will consists of the biggest LAN area in Finland, two stages, esports tournaments on stage and at LAN seats, Assymylly fighting game tournament, competitions and activities for visitors, and a large EXPO area full of partner booths. The partner booths offer special Assembly offers of, for example, gaming equipment, and have the latest gaming technology on display, while hosting gaming activities and competitions for visitors to join. The party program also includes a Cosplay competition that has gathered great interest in the past.

You may participate to Assembly with a LAN seat ticket or a visitor ticket.

LAN seats are sold in different categories and they are all valid for four days from Thursday to Sunday. The event is open 24 h a day, with a sleeping area provided for overnight visitors. LAN seat ticket holders may participate in tournaments and activities that are restricted to the LAN area.

Visitor tickets do not include a seat on the LAN area but otherwise they entitle to all that Assembly has to offer: see the program, join the activities includingthe Assymylly fighting game tournament, and try out games and technology in different booths. Visitor tickets are sold as day tickets or multiple day tickets.

The LAN seat tickets and multiple day visitor tickets entitle to use the sleeping area, showers, and sauna at the event.

The event is safe and suits game and computer culture enthusiasts of all ages. Professional security guards, first aid paramedics, and harassment contact persons working on site guarantee a safe environment. The event is alcohol-free.

There is no age limit for the event, and it suits people of all ages. For child visitors coming without guardians the suggested age limit is 13 years of age. Children below 7 years of age can enter the event free together with their parent.

Some game programs shown on stage are forbidden for children under 16 years of age.
