Assembly event has gained recognition as Finland's largest digital festival, organized biannually over 30 years. The Assembly event is globally renowned, attracting nearly 30,000 enthusiasts under one roof at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre. At its peak, the Assembly event has had over 4,000 computer and console seats.
Assembly is primarily known as an event for computer enthusiasts, where sleepless nights are spent playing games, coding, streaming, participating in competitions, learning new things, and meeting like-minded friends. The event originated from the demo culture and continues to be strongly represented through annual competitions and as a meeting place for the demo scene. Due to its history, Assembly plays a significant role as a meeting place for Finnish game industry professionals.
With the growing popularity of gaming, playing games, especially together, has become an integral part of the Assembly event. Nowadays, the majority of visitors come to the event to play games and meet friends they usually connect with through online games or Discord servers.
Alongside the rise of gaming, esports has also become a part of Assembly, and it has a significant role in organizing both live and online tournaments in Finland. Esports is available for both hobbyists and professionals, featuring various games.

Assembly attendees have formed a tight-knit community that we also aim to serve outside of the events, which led to the launch of the Assembly.org website.
Community
As part of the Assembly.org website, there is a community where competitions and giveaways are organized for the visitors. The community was established at the end of 2018 and took its first steps at the Winter 2019 event. After that, the community operated under the name Telia Esports Series at teliaesportsseries.com until 2022. Nowadays, the community is just a part of the Assembly.org website. By joining the community, you can hunt for loot, which means prizes from loot boxes.
Loot Boxes
Loot boxes are digital surprise boxes that contain rewards. Loot boxes can be earned with special codes found in our broadcasts, social media, and websites. The codes are only valid for a short period, so act quickly when you find one. You can open loot boxes by registering on the website. Each loot box code can only be used once. Opening the boxes is free.

What are Loot Boxes and how do they work?
A Loot Box is a chance for you to win goodies for free. You can earn a Loot Box by submitting a valid Loot Code on the site. Loot Codes can be found from our live streams and promotions, and they usually won’t be valid for too long, so be ready and keep your eyes open. Once you’ve got a Loot Box, you may relax, open it when you’re ready and discover what’s in it. Note however, that you can only use each Loot Code once.
Who can get Loot Boxes?
Everyone can submit a Loot Code and get a Loot Box but only registered users may openthe box. Don’t worry, if you’re not a member yet, we’ll ask you to join once you enter your first Code. Joining Assembly community is free and painless.
What are Coins and how can I get some?
Coins are the currency of Assembly community. With Coins you can use different features on the site, such as the Shoutbox and Ask Casters. Features costs a varying amount of coins. More stuff to do with Coins is to come! Currently, you’ll earn coins from signing up and opening Loot Boxes.
How does Guess the Winner for matches work?
Each match has a feature called Guess the Winner in which registered users may guess the outcome of the match and get rewards if they are right. You may pick your guess once the match has both contestants in place, up until the match is scheduled to start. Guessing costs Coins but if you guessed correctly, we will deliver a special Loot Box to your inventory the following night.
