The Grass is Greener on This Side of the Fence – Booth 6d11
Did you know that criminals and scammers are after your information and skills even in the gaming world? In experimenting and hacking, there are boundaries that you should not cross.
The grass is indeed greener on this side of the fence. Level up your knowledge by meeting representatives from Traficom’s Cybersecurity Centre and the National Bureau of Investigation at our booth, and ask anything about cybersecurity and hacking. We’ll give you power-ups to avoid getting hit by criminals while you play.
At our booth, you can also participate in the Neuron race game competition. Additionally, the youth hacking community Testausserveri and the EU’s Cyber Citizen initiative have created games where you can learn the basics of hacking and cybersecurity.
In our presentations for example white-hat hackers will share what ethical hacking is like, and how to get involved. We provide cybersecurity tips for both young people and adults, and we’ll explain how you can turn your programming and gaming hobbies into a career.
Don’t miss out on this quest—check out the program and visit our booth 6d11.

Cybercrime Exit is a European union co-funded project, with the aim of preventing cybercrime committed by young people. Our target group are youngsters between the ages of 12-25 who have committed, or are at risk of committing serious cybercrimes. Youth can join the program at their own initiative, or can be referred to the program by professionals. Interest in cyber is a great thing, and skilled professionals are needed in the field. Our goal is not only to raise awareness about distinguishing between legal and illegal online activities, but also to encourage youth to develop their cyber skills through legal alternatives.
