Raffle Organizer

Assembly Organizing Ltd, hereinafter referred to as "Assembly" (Assembly Organizing Ltd, Valimotie 13B B, 00380 Helsinki, Business ID: 2245136-3).

Eligibility

All Finnish citizens and individuals residing in Finland, except for employees (excluding volunteers) and families of Assembly, and their partners, as well as employees of the companies and organizations involved in this raffle, are eligible to participate.

Entry Period

You can enter the raffle from 01.04.2024 to 30.06.2024. Assembly is not responsible for entries that do not arrive due to technical reasons or for incomplete, inappropriate, or illegible responses.

Prizes

The following prizes will be drawn among all participants:

The total value of the prizes is 0 € including VAT. There are 0 products in total.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods. The prize is personal and cannot be sold or transferred. If more loot boxes are redeemed during the raffle period than initially estimated, Assembly reserves the right to add additional prizes during the raffle.

Participation

Participation in the raffle does not require the purchase of a product or service. You can participate in the raffle by collecting codes from Assembly broadcasts, as well as social media, and entering the codes on the assembly.org website. Converting codes into lootboxes or raffle vouchers requires registration on the Assembly website, but it does not require granting marketing permission. Lootboxes can also be obtained by creating an account on the Assembly website (1 piece), or subscribing to the Assembly newsletter during the account creation (1 piece). Additionally, lootboxes can be obtained from Assembly, or Assembly's partners' communication channels. Loot boxes can win the prizes specified in the "Prizes" section above. Contact information will not be disclosed to third parties.

Raffle Drawing and Prize Redemption

The drawings will take place between 01.04.2024 and 30.06.2024. The winners will be notified on the Assembly website at assembly.org and to the email address provided by the winner.

If the winner does not provide a delivery address or the address cannot be found within 30 days, Assembly is not obliged to send the prize. Assembly does not compensate for a prize if the participant cannot be reached or has provided incorrect address information. Assembly have the right to publish the winner's name and hometown in various media without separate consent or compensation. Physical prizes will be delivered within 30 days of winning to addresses located in Finland.

Taxes

Assembly undertakes to pay the statutory taxes on the prizes stated in these official rules. The official rules apply to all participants. By participating in this raffle, participants agree to comply with these raffle rules.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Assembly's privacy statement. The privacy statement can be found at assembly.org/privacy.
