Assembly Winter is the biggest and most comprehensive gaming festival of the upcoming winter season. The event is held during the winter holiday week on February 23-26 in Helsinki Exhibition Centre and featured four days of non-stop gaming, entertainment and fun. The program contains international and national esports, multiple open-for-all gaming machines, the winter’s biggest computer LAN area in Finland, cosplay, music gigs, influencers and other exciting activities.
The Assembly Christmas campaign offers a new special product: open LAN seat ticket. You can now buy a LAN seat ticket without the need of selecting a specific seat from the LAN hall. The person receiving the open ticket may select their desired seat after Christmas, up until the event starts.
The event provides a separate sleeping area. All LAN seat tickets and multi-day tickets include access to the sleeping area. The event is alcohol and drug free and has no age limit. The recommended minimum age for young visitors coming without their parents is 13 years of age.
One of the most anticipated shows happening at Assembly Winter 2023 is the NHL esports 6v6 World Championship match, in which the reigning European champion will face off the reigning North American champion, for the first time ever in a live setting. In addition, the esports content at the event include Counter-Strike: Global Offensive matches, Valorant 2v2 tournament, Valorant Influencer Showmatch, and Assymylly fighting game event. And as a cherry on top, the event hosts the official Finnish Championship tournament of table hockey.
Music takes center stage at the event on Thursday, February 23, as the famous Finnish rap artists Cledos and Davi put on a show for the visitors. The party program also includes a cosplay contest, daily open gaming tournaments, free-to-play games on multiple gaming platforms, and IS Stream Corner where you can meet your favorite streamers.
